Privacy

We keep the Plabayo website deliberately small. We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, behavioral tracking, or third-party customer-data platforms.

Newsletter data

We keep a newsletter subscriber entry only while you subscribe to one or more topics. That entry contains your email address, selected topics, and timestamps needed to manage the subscription. We use it only to send the updates you asked for.

We separately retain that an email address has been verified, even after it unsubscribes, unless the signed-in user deletes all newsletter account data. This prevents strangers from using our public form to send unwanted login email to arbitrary addresses and lets the verified address sign in safely later. First-time verification uses a random 24-hour inbound-email challenge. We keep only the challenge and abuse-control timestamps; our application does not store the inbound message body, headers, attachments, or source IP address.

Signing in creates a hashed, single-use, short-lived login token and a hashed temporary session. The session keeps you signed in until it expires or you log out. Expired challenges, login tokens, sessions, and email-limit records are periodically deleted. Lettermint processes the inbound proof and outbound login email as our email delivery provider.

Server logs

Like most web servers, Rama may process request metadata needed to serve the page and protect the service. We do not build visitor profiles from it.

Your control

Enter the same email on the newsletter page to update your topics. To unsubscribe, clear every topic and save; we delete your active subscriber entry, while the verified-email record remains. To log out, use the Log out button; that deletes the temporary session, but it does not unsubscribe you. To permanently remove the subscription, verified-email record, authorization challenges, email-limit history, login tokens, and every session from this application, use Delete account data while signed in. Every newsletter will include a way to unsubscribe.
